Cacerola de atún


1 paquete de fideos

1/4 de taza de cebolla picada

2 tazas de queso cheddar rallado

1 taza de guisantes congelados verdes

2  latas de atún escurridas

Champiñones cortados al gusto

1 taza de papas fritas trituradas


En una olla grande, pon agua a hervir con un poco de sal; aquí se cocinarán los fideos durante unos 8 a 10 minutos, o hasta que estén al dente. Cuando ya estén listos, déjalos escurrir.

Mientras tanto, precalienta el horno a 220 grados C.

En un tazón grande, mezcla los fideos, la cebolla picada, 1 taza de queso cheddar, guisantes, atún, sopa y los champiñones.

Pasa la preparación a un plato para hornear de 9×13 pulgadas, y cubre la parte superior con papas fritas. Vierte también la otra taza de queso rallado.

Hornear durante 15 a 20 minutos en el horno precalentado, o hasta que el queso esté burbujeante.
