Lomo de cerdo 1

Sal y pimienta c/n

Miel c/n

Palta 2

Remolachas 3

Naranja 2

Choclo en granos a gusto



  • Sellar el lomo de cerdo en una sartén o plancha y terminar su cocción en el horno. Mientras esta en el horno ir pintando con miel para obtener un dorado intenso y mejor sabor.
  • Cocinar las remolachas y reservar.
  • Cortar gajos de palta y naranja.
  • Antes de servir mezclar todos los ingredientes de la ensalada en un bowl, palta, remolacha, choclo y naranja, aderezar con  sal y pimienta y aceite de oliva.
