Muffin de manzana y canela

Ingredientes:

Harina 225gr
Azúcar 110gr
Polvo para hornear 3 cditas.
Leche 200cc
Manzanas picadas en cubos pequeños 1 taza
Ralladura de 1 limón
Manteca derretida 85gr
Huevos 1
Canela 1 cdita.

Procedimiento:

Tamizar en un bowl la harina con el polvo de hornear.
Colocar el azúcar y hacer un hueco en el centro y colocar el huevo apenas batido, la leche, las manzanas, la manteca, la ralladura y la canela.
Integrar los ingredientes secos con los húmedos mezclando hasta que no se vean rastros de harina sin integrar.
Llenar los moldes de muffins o pirotines hasta 2/3 partes.
Cocinar en horno precalentado a temperatura media durante unos 12 a 15 min. O hasta que estén dorados
