Arroz 1kg

Caldo de verduras o pollo c/n

Pollo 500gr

Pescado blanco 500gr

Cebollas 3

Pimientos 2

Arvejas 1 lata

Azafrán c/n



  • Cortar la cebolla y el pimiento en pequeños cubos y cocinar en una paellera o sartén grande.
  • Agregar el pollo y el pescado cortados no muy grandes, agregar el caldo de a poco junto con el azafrán.
  • Cocinar hasta que esté cocido el arroz y por ultimo agregar las arvejas.
