Pollo al jerez con papas rellenas Rinde 4 porciones. Kcal por receta 2010



Pollo 4 porciones (pueden ser pechugas o muslos)

Ricota 250gr

Provolone 150gr

Huevos duros 4

Papas 4

Panceta 200gr

Jerez c/n

Sal y pimienta c/n

Aceite c/n




  • Salpimentar el pollo y dejarlo reposar junto con el jerez durante unos 20 minutos.
  • Cocinarlo en la plancha o al horno y durante la cocción ir mojando con el jerez para obtener más sabor.
  • Hervir las papas en abundante agua y dejar enfriar una ver cocidas.
  • Rallar la ricota, el provolone y los huevos. Cocinar la panceta en pequeños cubos y agregarlo a la preparación anterior.
  • Ahuecar el centro de las papas y rellenar con la preparación anterior, colocar en una placa y llevar a horno hasta gratinar.
