Pollo Agridulce

– 4-6 filetes de pollo

– 200 gr de Champiñones

– 1 cebolla

– 1 pimiento verde grande

– 1 pimiento rojo pequeño

– 100 ml de salsa de soja

– 200 ml de caldo del bote de la piña en almíbar

– 1 cucharada de harina de arroz (para espesar)

 

Cortamos los filetes de pollo a dados y salpimentamos al gusto, reservamos en un plato.

Lavamos y cortamos a tiras los pimientos verde y rojo. Picamos la cebolla muy fina.

Lavamos y cortamos a cuartos los champiñones.

En una cazuela grande con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, cuando esté caliente agregamos los dados de pollo y cocinamos por 5 minutos hasta que estés dorados.

Cuando el pollo esté dorado lo retiramos y reservamos en un plato.

En la misma cazuela agregamos los champiñones, los pimientos y la cebolla, doramos por 5-8 minutos.

Agregamos la salsa de soja y el caldo de la piña en almíbar y damos unas vueltas.

Agregamos a la cazuela los dados de pollo y cocinamos a fuego fuerte 5 minutos hasta que la salsa agridulce reduzca.

Agregamos una cucharada de harina de arroz para espesar la salsa un poquito y removemos enseguida para que no salgan grumos.

Servimos al momento.
