Cordero al curry


Ingredientes para 4 personas

– 1 kg paletilla de cordero

– 2 manzanas

– 1 cebolla grande

– 1 cucharada de curry

– 1 litro de caldo de carne

– 1 cucharada de harina

– aceite de oliva

– sal

Primero cortamos la carne de cordero a trozos y la doramos en una cazuela con un poco de aceite. Cuando la carne esté dorada añadimos la cebolla picada muy fina, dejando que se doren un poco. Luego echamos una cucharada de curry, otra de harina y el caldo de carne hasta cubrir y un poquito más, 1 dedito extra, para que haya márgen a la hora de la cocción.

Lo dejamos a fuego lento unos 60 minutos. Vigilando a partir de 45 que no se quede seco de caldo totalmente.

Mientras, pelamos las manzanas y las cortamos a trozos desiguales. Cuando hayan pasado 60 minutos, las añadimos a la cazuela y las dejamos con el cordero durante 10 minutos extras vigilando que no se quede seco. Rectificamos de sal.

Servimos caliente en un plato hondo.
